Our fabrics are custom-cut to match the quantity you have ordered. Consequently, upon placing your order, our dedicated production team will promptly prepare it within the following hour. It is important to note that due to this efficient process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any request for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We firmly stand against and discourage any irresponsible conduct, such as ordering for mere entertainment purposes and subsequently canceling. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding as we uphold our policy in this matter.
Care Instructions:
Do not bleach, Do not machine-wash, Do not Iron directly on Beading & Sequins. Professional Dry Clean or Spot Clean only. Preferably by hand-Wash.
Photography:
- All our designs have been photographed in natural sunlight so that the colours are as close to the Original as possible.

Courier:
- International : DHL Express, Aramex, FeDex & UPS
- Local (Malaysia) Pos Laju & DHL E-commerce
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail & WhatsApp that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking.
Processing time :
- Every order received before 3pm will be ship out on the same day.
- Local (Malaysia) ship out from Monday to Saturday (10am-4pm)
- International ship out from Monday to Friday (10am-4pm) & Saturday (10am to 12pm)
Delivery & Arrival :
West Malaysia
- Arrival (1) One to (2) two working days.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- Arrival (3) Three to (4) four working days.
International Delivery
- Delivery abroad will be using DHL Express Courier. Shipping to overseas arrival 3-4 working days. Do expect any possibility of lateness as we are not in control such delays in parcel movement.
