Shipping Terms and Conditions:

  1. All local shipping within East and West Malaysia are covered with insurance. Insurance coverage is determined by the invoice amount. If the parcel’s invoice exceeds RM2,000, only a maximum of RM2,000 can be insured as per Pos Laju’s insurance policy. Insurance coverage is only applicable if Pos Laju is used as the courier company. If the customer requests to use a different courier company other than Pos Laju, no insurance will be provided, and any claims must be made directly to Pos Laju. If a parcel goes missing in our warehouse before shipping, our company will be responsible for compensation. However, if the missing item occurs during the transits or after the courier has picked up the item, our company will not be liable as the item has already been shipped out from our place, we will help customers to follow up with Pos Laju for compensation.
  2. For international shipping, we exclusively use DHL Express. If an item goes missing before being shipped out, our company will take full liability. However, if the parcel is in possession of DHL Express and the items go missing during transit, our company will not be held responsible. If you wish to insure your parcel, please inform our team, and an additional insurance fee will be charged.
  3. Delivery times for local shipping within Malaysia are typically within 1-2 business days for major cities and 3-4 business days for remote areas (East Malaysia). For international shipping, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  4. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, and the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the item to the correct address.
  5. If there are any errors in the shipping information provided by the customer, our company will not be held liable for any delays or losses.
  6. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our company will not be held liable for any delays in delivery.
  7. Customers have the option to track their shipment online using the tracking number provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of their shipment and contact the courier company directly for any issues or concerns regarding delivery.
  8. In the event of any damages or discrepancies with the delivered items, customers must notify our company within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will work with the courier company to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  9. Our company reserves the right to change shipping carriers or methods at our discretion, depending on the specific shipping requirements and destination.
  10. Our company reserves the right to modify these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
  11. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the items have been successfully shipped out. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments. From our end, we can provide any relatable documents to the order to customs for clearance purposes.
  12. By placing an order with our company, customers agree to adhere to these shipping terms and conditions and customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these shipping terms and conditions.
