Please make the deposit by click on – ‘Add To Chart’ Button at the bottom and complete the payment for your appointment to visit the store.



How to place the appointment? 

  1. Upon selecting the time and date for your appointment, you will be receiving an automatic message directed to your email.
  2. Then you will be directed to the payment page for Booking Fee. Please make the payment accordingly, as it will be a total of RM100/-.
  3. An additional RM20 will be credited into your account if the purchase is above RM500, which you will be having a total credit of RM120 to use to buy any material in CIPCIPTEXTILE in store of the day of visits. (Only the deposit RM100 are allowed to be kept for one (1) month of validation in case customers do not perform any purchase during the visit).
  4. Offset term, if the amount you purchase is RM200, the amount of deposit RM100/- will be offset from the bill. E.g : RM200 (minus) the deposit RM100, you will be paying a balance of RM100/- from the said bill.
  5. After you have visited us but you have no interest to buy, RM100 WILL NOT be refunded and you will be giving (1) month time to plan and to buy anything from the website ( and revisit is NOT allowed. (1) month validation from the said date you place the booking on the website.
  6. Last Minute cancellation, your deposit treated as a credit will be burned and no refunds are allowed. After (2) times of reschedule and customer do not provide valid reason, deposit will be forfeited.
  7. Reschedule appointment, kindly notify us in 48 hours before your appointment time to allow us to make a new appointment with another prospect.
  8. If we received your cancellation within 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  9. Amendments of appointment are allowed to be made up to (2) times.
  10. How to avoid traffic? Please check Waze or google maps from your place to our place to avoid traffic.
