  • The store has a maximum capacity of 4 people at a time.

For your safety and ours, we admit only fully vaccinated individuals. Kindly present your digital vaccination certificate on the MySejahtera app to our staff.We care about your health and wellbeing, and we want to ensure we all remain safe during these challenging times.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Please be advised that our shop is open as a courtesy to our valued customers, as we primarily operate through our online platform. If you wish to pay us a visit, we kindly request that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions, and respect our store policy.
  2. In the event that your behavior deviates from the standards of manners decency and appropriateness, we must bring to your attention that this is unacceptable, we maintain the right to promptly request that you vacate our premises.
  3. For the safeguarding of our designs, we respectfully prohibit photography or videography within our store; we trust that you will be considerate and disallowed taking pictures during your visit.
  4. The allotted visiting time for our esteemed guests is one hour, with an additional 45 minutes of extensibility if required. If you feel that you need more time to make an informed decision on your purchases, we kindly request that you inform our competent sales personnel. They will then check the availability of the next upcoming appointment to see if an extension can be granted.
  5. As a store owner, we face numerous challenges every day when we open our doors to walk-in customers. Criticisms about our focus on selling fabric lace instead of offering a wider variety of products that would require a larger cash flow is just one example. Unfortunately, some people do not understand our unique business model and often complain, or even treat us with racism or bias. We have even experienced spying from competitors and disruptive behavior from other outlets. That’s why we made the difficult decision and to limit in-store visitors and shift our focus to online sales. If you’re a genuine customer looking to buy from us, we kindly ask for a deposit upfront to ensure a seamless transaction.

As we strictly specialize in fabric lace materials, we made it clear beforehand, yet the reluctance to participate in surveys has led to dissatisfied customers that lashed out upon discovering our inventory in store.   2. Please be advised that our store operates solely on an appointment basis and requires a deposit to mitigate potential disruptions from mystery shoppers or private investigators. We kindly request that you note this deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Before scheduling an appointment, it is recommended that you peruse our website’s materials or products to gain a comprehensive understanding of the services we provide. This allows you to make an informed decision and prevent any potential misunderstandings or grievances regarding our store’s policies. We strongly suggest conducting research and scrutinizing customer reviews to ascertain that you select the most fitting product. Please note that this advice is provided in a professional manner.
  4. Please note that the deposit in question is non-refundable, as stated previously.”
  5. Please be advised that if you missed your appointment and would like to reschedule, we regret to inform you that this is not possible. Additionally, please note that you will be prohibited from accessing our platform or visiting our physical store, as our operations are solely conducted online. Please understand that our visitation policy is offered as a courtesy and is therefore limited.
  6. Once an appointment has been confirmed, changes are not permitted. It is imperative to note that subsequent modifications are not allowed under any circumstances. Please ensure that all details are accurate before confirming the appointment.
  7. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will promptly send you the address of our store location via WhatsApp.

Why CIPCIPTEXTILE only accept appointment with deposit that non-refundable?

  • We regret to inform our customers that recently, we have encountered too many incidents where appointments were missed, canceled at the last minute, or customers were unresponsive to our messages. These incidents have directly impacted our business operations, as we can only accommodate a total of (7) seven appointments per day. Too many last-minute cancellations or missed appointments loss will adversely affect our services.We kindly request our valued customers to value and respect the appointment timings, as failing to do so will cause inconvenience and loss to both parties.   • Our store is located in the Batu Caves area, occupying a 1,500 sq. ft. premise. As per the guidelines set by KKM, we can only allow a maximum of (4) eight persons in the store at a time. To make the most of your visit with us, each appointment will have a one-hour duration, which should be sufficient for viewing our products and making purchases. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our customers, and our team is committed to following standard protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy shopping experience.
  • The RM280 deposit as a credit allocated to the customer, exclusive for purchases of CIPCIPTEXTILE products. In the event that clients opt not to make any purchase during their visit, the credit of RM280.00 is permitted to be retained by them for a period of one month from the date of their visit. In the absence of any purchase activity within the said one-month duration, the deposit of RM280.00 will expire and shall be considered non-refundable.
  • We respectfully ask that our esteemed customers take heed of the fact that once an appointment time has been scheduled, the slot will be reserved solely for them. In the event of a missed appointment, regrettably, we will not be able to render our services or complete the booking. We strongly encourage our valuable customers to appreciate the importance of the scheduled appointment time and ensure they arrive punctually.
