Please read and follow the guidelines before making an appointment. We are collecting RM100/- a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be taken as acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and fully understand what is written below. Please contact us if anything is not clear to you.

How to place the appointment? 

  1. Upon selecting the time and date for your appointment, you will be receiving an automatic message directed to your email.
  2. Then you will be directed to the payment page for Booking Fee. Please make the payment accordingly, as it will be a total of RM100/-.
  3. Offset term, if the amount you purchase is RM200, the amount of deposit RM100/- will be offset from the bill. E.g : RM200 (minus) the deposit RM100, you will be paying a balance of RM100/- from the said bill.
  4. After you have visited us but you have no interest to buy, RM100 WILL NOT be refunded and you will be giving (1) month time to plan and to buy anything from the website (cipciptextile.com) and revisit is NOT allowed. (1) month validation from the said date you place the booking on the website.
  5. Last Minute cancellation, your deposit treated as a credit will be burned and no refunds are allowed. After (2) times of reschedule and customer do not provide valid reason, deposit will be forfeited.
  6. Reschedule appointment, kindly notify us in 48 hours before your appointment time to allow us to make a new appointment with another prospect.
  7. If we received your cancellation within 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  8. Amendments of appointment are allowed to be made up to (2) times.
  9. How to avoid traffic? Please check Waze or google maps from your place to our place to avoid traffic.
  10. Late Arrival – For customer who arrived late kindly message admin to update because we might already have next customer. 15mis late is acceptable, 30mins late your time slot only available for 30minutes, 45mins late, you appointment will be auto cancel and revisit is not allowed (Online purchase validation is 1month from the appointment date), deposit is unable to utilized if the purchase is made after the validation time frame given.

Why CIPCIPTEXTILE only accept appointment with deposit that non-refundable? Because we received many complaints and had experienced with customers complaint us, we had waste their time travel to cipciptextile to find material that cipciptextile do not have or do not sell here. Hence, we only accept customers that made appointment and check on our website what we sell so that we don’t waste your time traveling to our place.

NOTE : We DO NOT SELL/*TAK JUAL* : Color Border Lace, Beaded French Lace, Border French Lace, Colour French Lace, plain material  like chiffon, pleated chiffon and other range of satin.

  • Due to too many incidents happening with customers showing up late, missing in action, last minute cancellation and unresponsive messages after an appointment has been made. These bad incidents have directly affected our business as we can only take (7) seven appointments per day, too many back out appointments will be badly affected to our businesses.
  • We are located at area batu caves, the premises came in 1,500sq.ft, according to KKM guidelines, we can only allow a maximum (8 persons in a store). Each appointment will only allow (1) hour per visit and to settle purchase and product viewing.
  • The deposit of RM100 will be treated as a credit to the customer. In addition to that, we will give a credit of RM20 in total of RM120 credit to the customer to use and buy cipciptextile material or to offset the invoice which the invoice must be RM500 or an above, Invoice below RM500, credit RM20 is not applicable to use. In case, customers do not want to buy anything, we allow the credit RM100/- to be kept for (1) months from the said date the customer has visited us, add on credit of RM20 only effective to be use on the same day of visit in store. Upon (1) month, customers yet to purchase anything, the deposit of RM100/- will be treated as ‘expired’ terms and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Please take note when you have booked the appointment time, the slot will be locked down only for you and your partners. If you miss the appointment time, so do we.

Please take note, our terms and conditions are not oppressed to any individual. CIPCIPTEXTILE is a legit business registered under E-Commerce businesses and any payment received via this site is legal. For customers that feel not okay, or do not agree to cipciptextile terms and conditions, you are not being force to buy or force to make appointment here.
